1. Returns & or Refunds

 

We accept returns of most new, unopened, and unused items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, with original tags attached and in its original packaging.

 

You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

 

2. How to Initiate a Return & or Refund

 

To start a return, please follow these steps:

3. Refunds (If Applicable)

 

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

 

If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5-10 business days.

 

4. Non-Returnable Items

 

Certain types of items cannot be returned for health and safety reasons, or due to their nature:

 

· Downloadable software products

 

5. Sale Items

 

Only regular-priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded but may be exchanged for store credit, subject to the standard return conditions.
